Named after the Greek word for the ‘moon’, the Silena project is born from mystery and illuminated by intention. Set among glistening tides, it fuses sophisticated coastal life with the tranquil rhythm of the ocean.
The complex brings together a collection of gorgeous 1 to 3-bedroom apartments spanning between 730 sq.ft. to 2,832 sq.ft., 3-and 4-townhouses from 3,642 sq.ft. to 7,421 sq.ft. and 4-and 5-bedroom penthouses running from 4,632 sq.ft. to 12,517 sq.ft.
Silena rises as three buildings that are interconnected and radiate forth. The architecture appears suspended between transparent walls, with stone and light planes. A majestic entrance of translucent glass reveals the tranquility within.

Payment Plan
Starting at AED 3,100,000, Silena by Avenew offers a flexible 50/50 payment plan. This plan involves a 10% upfront payment, with the rest 40% to be paid in convenient installments during the course of development. A 50% payment is due in the second quarter of 2028, when the project is completed.
